The design
The design team defines the needs in agreement with the sales team, in collaboration with early childhood professionals. What are the child's physical needs? What are the baby's developmental and well-being goals? What age is it suitable for? What are the needs of the adult/parent/educator? These questions are carefully considered in order to propose an original solution that meets our requirements.
Raw materials
We pay particular attention to the origin of our raw materials. High-quality Italian leatherette, phthalate-free, and high-density foam guarantee a quality finished product.
The prototype
A first prototype is created to test its ability to meet our specifications. Does the finished product match our designers' recommendations? Often, employees' children are invited to test these prototypes.
Quality control
A crucial step! We will then begin rigorous testing in the laboratory to ensure its durability and safety for children. The product is then sent to an independent, certified laboratory for final evaluation and certification.
The manufacturing
Once all the previous steps are validated, we can move on to manufacturing. The coated canvas rugs are hand-sewn in our workshops in Western France to ensure product conformity.
Spot checks
The first batches are systematically checked by our in-house quality control laboratory. We perform tests for mechanical resistance as well as chemical safety. Subsequent batches are regularly checked to ensure that manufacturing maintains impeccable quality.
