Ou vous avez tout simplement cliqu\u00e9 sur cet article par simple curiosit\u00e9 et l\u2019envie d\u2019en savoir plus sur cet apprentissage au nom qui peut para\u00eetre un peu barbare \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce que l\u2019apprentissage STEAM&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>STEAM, STEM (ou encore STIAM \/ MATIS en Fran\u00e7ais) est l\u2019acronyme anglophone de <strong>S<\/strong>cience, <strong>T<\/strong>echnologie, <strong>I<\/strong>ng\u00e9nierie, <strong>A<\/strong>rts et <strong>M<\/strong>ath\u00e9matiques.<br>C\u2019est un apprentissage qui permet de d\u00e9couvrir 5 disciplines dans une seule et m\u00eame approche&nbsp;: on parle de comp\u00e9tences transversales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un peu d\u2019histoire\u2026<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019apprentissage STEAM est n\u00e9 vers 2001 \u00e0 l\u2019Ecole de design de Rhode Island durant un atelier qui r\u00e9unissait une soixantaine d\u2019experts de diff\u00e9rents domaines artistiques et scientifiques&nbsp;: ces derniers cherchaient \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des strat\u00e9gies pour fusionner les sciences et l\u2019art tout en enseignant des nouvelles approches de r\u00e9solution cr\u00e9atives de probl\u00e8mes.<br>C\u2019est une m\u00e9thode qui est aujourd\u2019hui tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9e aux Etats-Unis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi favoriser l\u2019apprentissage STEAM&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre enfant peut difficilement aimer toutes les mati\u00e8res \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole. L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat ici pour lui, est de d\u00e9velopper un certain enthousiasme pour l\u2019ensemble des mati\u00e8res en les regroupant tout en cr\u00e9ant de l\u2019interaction et du concret. Alors pourquoi ne devrait-on pas avoir confiance en cette m\u00e9thode&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dans quelle classe mettre en place l\u2019apprentissage STEAM&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9forme du programme scolaire int\u00e8gre d\u00e9sormais le num\u00e9rique (dont le codage informatique). Cette nouvelle discipline est abord\u00e9e d\u00e8s le cycle 2 (CE1). Une introduction pr\u00e9coce aux concepts \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires de programmation peut aider les enfants \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur esprit critique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 aborder cet apprentissage d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge de l\u2019enfant (maternelle), en utilisant des jeux plus ludiques pour int\u00e9grer les premiers concepts.
