1. Rules of good conduct
By becoming a user of the Wesco blog, you agree to abide by the
rules of courtesy and to ensure that:
- Do not post comments (non-exhaustive list):
- of a violent, denigrating, defamatory, insulting, unlawful, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic nature; ;
- of a political or religious nature; ;
- glorifying crimes, war crimes or crimes against humanity; ;
- calling for murder, suicide or inciting the commission of a crime; ;
- inciting discrimination, hatred or violence (xenophobia, racism, homophobia, etc.); ;
- Do not distribute promotional materials or promote any commercial activity. Therefore, you are prohibited from posting comments (non-exhaustive list):
- containing a hyperlink leading to a commercial website; ;
- having the nature of advertisements; ;
- must not infringe upon, or be likely to infringe upon, the rights of third parties and personality rights. Therefore, you are prohibited from posting comments (non-exhaustive list):
- reproducing without authorization a work or contribution protected by intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights and related rights); ;
- infringing on the right to one's image and the right to respect for private life; ;
- infringing on the protection of a third party's personal data; ;
- not to harm or likely to harm the image or reputation of a brand or a natural or legal person; ;
- not to disclose information allowing the precise and personal identification of blog users; ;
- not to engage in partial or total reproduction of content specific to Wesco's sites and blogs; ;
- do not publish content that is contrary to the values conveyed by the Wesco brand.
Similarly, by becoming a user of the Wesco blog, you agree to abide by the following rules:
- Your contributions must respect the courtesy necessary for the smooth running of the debates; ;
- Your contributions must use correct and understandable language; ;
- Your contributions must not be repetitive.
2. Moderation
The discussion forum comprised of articles and comments on the Wesco blog is moderated after publication. This means that the blog moderator reviews and may delete or temporarily or permanently exclude any content that is unrelated to the topic, the blog's editorial policy, the ethical principles outlined above, or that violates applicable laws and regulations. This moderation aims to ensure the peaceful use of the blog and to foster constructive exchanges among users. Comments are a space for users to express their opinions; please respect everyone's views. We encourage users to remain courteous so that discussions can take place in the best possible environment.
By becoming a user of the Wesco blog, you acknowledge the possibility for the moderator of this blog to control contributions and to delete any contribution at any time.
In particular, the moderator may at his discretion remove any contribution which he deems not in accordance with the rules of good conduct described above and with the spirit of exchange and conviviality animating the discussion space constituted by the Wesco blog.
Each user can, at any time, if a contribution infringes their rights, report it directly by writing to communication@wesco.fr
Moderation on the site takes place from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
3. Data retention and contributions
Please note that only the identity provided appears on the Wesco blog comment.
Any internet user wishing to exercise, in accordance with the "Data Protection Act" of 6 January 1978, their right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them, must contact the company Wesco directly.
Each user is solely responsible for their own distribution:
- of his personal data; ;
- of his contributions and messages.
